Responsibilities of sales staff:
1. Responsible for the customer development and maintenance in the jurisdiction area, and complete the sales task according to the monthly sales.
2. Responsible for customer development, negotiation and contract signing in sales business, handling customer complaints, and responsible for the regional payment.
3, ensure the establishment of good relationship between original customers and develop new customers continuously. Collect market feedback information and complete market research and demand.
4. Responsible for the completion of the company's logs, statements, customer files, information sheets, market reports, competitive analysis and other sales management activities;
5. Strictly implement the business processes, sales policies and related systems formulated by the company, and abide by the financial system.
6. Learn and master market and product knowledge comprehensively, receive all kinds of training within the company, and constantly improve their business skills;
7. Be responsible for collecting the specific situation of competitors (price and sales policy, product information, network layout, etc.), and collate and summarize timely feedback;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in medicine, marketing, age 30-40, good image and temperament, male and female unlimited;
2. At least 3 years'experience in cosmetics sales in related hospitals, medical plastic institutions and beauty salons. Mature sales channels are preferred.
